I woke up sick every few hours last night. For once, I couldn’t blame it on binge eating or eating out. I think it might have been some spoiled salad dressing. Yes, Virginia, vegan food *does* go bad! Needless to say, it’s probably not going to be a banner day over here with Nutritarian eating.
B steel cut oats
L banana smoothie
D mashed potatoes and if I am not too sick/scared, a green juice
Action plan: work as much as I can from home, eat bland, simple food, rest, literature, prayer, meditation and if it gets worse, call my doctor. Keep on keepin’ on.
